The market reality

This isn't a new problem.
It just hasn't had a solution.

The data below comes from independent research organizations — not from Pario. The opportunity exists in every self-insured employer's benefits spend right now.

Why we model conservatively

These projections are built to underperform.

We use a 67% steerage conversion rate in our projections. Published research on incentive-based steerage programs shows conversion rates of 65–75% when employees are reached before scheduling. We use the low end. We'd rather show you a number we're confident we can beat than one we have to defend later.

67%
Conversion rate used in our projections — the low end of published research
82%
Detection rate — orders where a meaningful savings opportunity exists
